Refund policy

At X Furnishing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following return and exchange conditions carefully.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 24 hours from the date of delivery provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item is free from stains, scratches, damage, or signs of use
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

Return Fees

If the item is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect, the return will be arranged free of charge and the order will be fully reimbursed.

In all other cases:

  • Return shipping fees will apply
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply for refunds issued to the original payment method
  • Returns refunded as store credit are exempt from restocking fees
  • Delivery and return shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by X Furnishing.

Store credit, when issued, is non-refundable and may only be used toward future purchases on X Furnishing.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability.

Customers are only required to pay the delivery fee for exchanges.

If the exchange is due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, delivery and exchange fees will be waived.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Benzo Outlet / clearance items
  • Opened or used items

Cancellation Policy

Furniture orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours from the date of order confirmation.

Accessories & Décor orders may be cancelled  free of charge before shipment confirmation.

Customized, made-to-order, clearance, and final sale items cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed.

Damaged Items & Manufacturing Defects

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Your order number or invoice
