Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Production and preparation times may vary depending on the item category. You will receive an update once your order is ready for dispatch.

Delivery Time
X Furniture pieces: In stock pieces will be delivered between 2 to 3 weeks.
Benzo Outlet : 7-10 business days from date of order confirmation.
Home décor, accessories and art pieces: Delivered within 3-4 business days.
Artificial trees and ecospheres: Delivery depends on availability and typically takes 10 to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and will be confirmed upon order confirmation.

Delivery & Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery access is suitable, including elevators, door measurements, stairways, and entry clearances. If the items cannot be delivered due to access limitations, the delivery will still be considered fulfilled.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is on the way, you will be contacted to confirm the delivery time.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item was delivered, notify us within 24 hours with photos at: support@xfurnishing.com
