Furniture: Our aluminum outdoor furniture is designed for outdoor use and treated to resist rust and corrosion. Regular care will help maintain its appearance and extend its lifespan.

Aluminum Frame
• Clean using a soft cloth & water, Dry to avoid water marks.
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, metal brushes, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish.

Fabric & Cushions
• Remove or cover cushions when not in use or during heavy rain.
• Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Clean fabric using mild soap and lukewarm water
• Ensure cushions are fully dry before placing them back on the furniture.

Protection & Storage
• We recommend covering the furniture when not in use using our custom made furniture covers.
• During long periods of non-use or extreme weather conditions, store cushions indoors.

Proper care will help preserve the finish, comfort, and increase the durability of your outdoor furniture over time.

Delivery Time

• X Furniture pieces: Delivered within 3-4 weeks.
• Benzo Outlet: Delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Home décor, accessories, and art pieces: Delivered within 3–4 business days.
• Artificial trees and ecospheres: Delivery depends on availability and typically takes 10–12 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and will be confirmed upon order confirmation. Delays caused by shipping providers, customs, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may affect estimated delivery timelines.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 24 hours from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is in its original condition
• The item is free from stains, scratches, damage, or signs of use
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided

Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability.

Customized, made-to-order, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
